A WYSIWYG editor (“What You See Is What You Get”) allows you to create and manage text and tables as easy as in MS Word. Texts and tables can be imported directly from MS Office files.
- Administration of multimedia files and automated creation of thumbnail images for different formats (JPEG, GIF, PNG) und preview videos and audio files using streaming technology. Individual definition of preview images for multimedia files and free definition of meta data schemas. Automated collection of meta data stored in JPEG- und TIFF-images.

- Versioning of content and design: Pages and templates are managed by a version management system. Each time an object is modified, a new version is created which allows editors to track and undo changes to this object at a later time.
- Link management: No more „dead links“! Links to pages and components are constantly checked by the system. Owners (e.g. editors) of a page containing a dead link are notified automatically.
- Individual task lists for every single user: Tasks can either be created automatically by hyperCMS (e.g. in case a dead link occurs or when using workflows) or by users, who can create new tasks manually and assign them to other users. Additionally users can be notified via email when new tasks are assigned.
- Personalization of contents: Active personalization based on a users input of preferences and passive personalization by automated tracking of a users behavior on a website.
- Freely definable workflows on a browser based interface. Processes and workflows can be set up and managed with ease.
