The Austrian Computer Society is a member of the ECDL Foundation and operates the European Driving Licence – ECDL in Austria. This licence is a standardised certificate that indicates the knowledge and capabilities of European computer users.
hyperCMS was assigned to develop the EDCL administration environment.
In the near future the browser-based application will be available to all test centers, auditors and examinees creating a portal that saves time and money.
The users also will have the possibility to authenticate themselves via citizen card.

The story of the entrepreneur center began 2002 with the Schraubenfabrik, a former production plant for screws, and was looking two years after for new room.
And so the Hutfabrik as the second and new center for small companies was founded and provides a creative community with office space.
